The best network and rates and being able to keep any downtime to a minimum is important to us.



The Challenge

We felt our previous mobile provider had placed us on a network and tariff that didn’t really work well for us. The mobile broadband especially seemed slow in many areas and the plan didn’t seem to cater for fluctuating usage patterns. Furthermore, whenever we had a phone that needed replacing, these were slow to materialise leading to periods without communication.
