Our team of Chartered Certified Accountants find themselves working from both the office and our client’s premises. So the ability to have people contact us easily and efficiently, no matter where we operated from, was absolutely essential.

 

 

The Challenge

With our existing mobile portfolio already with Ebbe, we approached them regarding replacing our ageing office phone system. Our research beforehand had already established that there were many systems available to choose from. However there were two elements that were a key factor in Ebbe steering us towards their recommended solution:-

1)    We needed to integrate our current mobiles into the solution to ensure full system capabilities like hunt groups and call transfers were seamlessly effective, whether across a desk phone or a mobile.

2)    With an office relocation imminent, we needed to ensure the system we went for was easily transferable without the usual costly de and re installation charges, line transfer costs and excessive engineer call out fees.

 

The Solution

Our consultation with Ebbe soon established that the solution most suited to our needs was Vodafone’s One Net. Not only could this do everything our previous system could and more, we were also assured that this was the best system to effectively manage the relocation of, along with minimal downtime risk.

 

The Results

The installation went ahead smoothly and once the system was implemented we could immediately see the benefits of having the mobile integration. We were immediately more easily contactable, and as a result we could be more responsive to our clients. We are now also in control of our costs – with one bill for both our mobile and fixed line services we can monitor and budget effectively. As for the assurances over the system relocation?
